Winona Crossings update for September 2015

Hello again,

 I have had many people view my blog regarding the development at Winona Crossings. Many people have called & emailed me inquiring about an update on the status of the developement. 

I have been informed that all is a go and it is up to the developer as to when construction will begin. There is no word of a date yet from the developer, so I am sorry I do not have better news at this time.

Having said that, I have been informed that today another development was approved situated right across the road, on the west side of Vince Mazza Way. The developer is moving fast through the process as he is ready to go. It will include 7 retail commercial facilities. No word as to potential tenants, or timeline of construction. The development is independant of the other.
